Scott Cleland and Jeannie Benoist founded Sorello Solutions as a way to leverage their skills in leading some of the largest and most complex IT projects in the State of California. It also provided a way for them to build a premier Executive Development offering across industries and geographies. Each founder brings over 20 years of California Public Service consulting experience and a strong network of relationships. Sorello Solutions is the ideal Small Business Partner on large projects as well as the direct provider of quality Executive Development programs.

Each founder brings over 20 years of consulting experience.
Prior to forming Sorello Solutions, Managing Directors Scott Cleland and Jeannie Benoist each worked in the consulting industry for over 20 years with both public agencies and private companies. This includes leadership roles on some of the largest and most complex IT Projects in California.
